About

Florian van Roekel

Documentary Photographer

"I’m fascinated by the ability of photography to take you to a different time, a different place, a different world. In my work I focus on everyday life, and how people cope with daily reality. Often times I will focus on the small ways people escape the here and now, regain a sense of control in a world constantly changing and evolving."

Florian van Roekel (1980) works and lives in the Netherlands.
